The room I stayed in was absolutely cozy, with a super comfy bed and a lovely seating area to relax after a long day of exploring Parma. I really enjoyed having a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, it was a nice way to unwind and catch up on my favorite shows. The private bathroom was well-equipped with free toiletries, which was a pleasant surprise. I loved how my single room had an electric kettle, perfect for brewing a hot cup of tea or coffee in the morning.
Personally, I found the soundproofing in the twin/double room a bit lacking. But hey, some people might actually enjoy the lively sounds of the city!

Amazing hospitality and a central location made my stay at this B&B unforgettable. The modern rooms and cozy breakfast corner added to the overall charm. Despite a minor noise issue and limited lunch options, the experience exceeded my expectations. highly recommended.

The hotel was a fantastic base for enjoying a fairly quiet area, just off the restaurant, and the breathtaking magic of the Teatro Farnese. The staff were amicable and polite, ready to any request. The vibe here was quiet. Took the advantage of the parking onsite.

The owner, Roberto, was incredibly helpful and flexible during our stay. The location of the B&B was perfect for exploring Parma, with everything within walking distance. The room we stayed in was spacious and cosy, and the quality of the towels provided was great. The TV and air conditioning were a welcome addition in the hot June weather. We also appreciated the freedom to have fruits, coffee, and water available whenever we wanted.
Felt really good, no complaints.

I recently stayed at B&B Opera for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The hosts, Roberto and Francesca, were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make me feel at home. The location of the property was perfect, tucked away on a quiet street but still close to all the restaurants and bars in the area. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. I particularly enjoyed the kitchen area, complete with an espresso machine and chilled water dispenser. The breakfast spread was delicious, with fresh pastries, fruit, yoghurts, and a variety of snacks. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
I would recommend this hotel.

Whenever I'm in Parma, I choose this cozy place to stay. The helpful staff gave me a bottle of water at night during my first visit. With free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, a flat-screen TV, and an electric kettle, it's my perfect holiday spot. No pets or smoking allowed.

Perfect home-base for a romantic escape! The hotel offers a convenient location near all the major attractions, restaurants, museums, and even the opera house. The easy walk to the train station also makes it great for exploring the surrounding areas. The host was incredibly thoughtful, welcoming us upon arrival and providing useful tips and information about the city. We loved starting our day with a delicious breakfast and having an espresso machine for a pick-me-up after our walks. The rooms were neat and convenient, and we especially enjoyed the tiny balcony, even though the weather wasn't ideal.
While we loved our stay overall, one negative aspect was the confusion with the hotel's location. It initially took us a while to locate the correct hotel, as there was another one with a similar name nearby.
